On February 2 we ventured on a photowalk in Wetzlar under bleak wintery weather conditions.
We were on the brink of surrender before we even started but then accepted the miserable conditions as a challenge, once again.
These are the first results which will be gradually amended as soon as the editing and uploads are commpleted.
For our regular meeting in September, we had decided for the monthly topic “Creative shots with miniatures” and had envisioned images such as miniature railway miners chucking away at fruit and vegetables etc. as it can been seen at various places. However, we had deliberately set out the subject a bit wider..
The ideas of the more or less extensive setups were great fun and we will certainly work on the scenes to improve on the issues such as focal depths, scales, ligthing and so on.
However, it was exciting to see that no-one actually came back with the accustomed model-railway miniatures 😀
Here are some of our first attempts
Continuing our shootings of classic cars in special settings, we recently got the chance to visit the historic park of the Villa Haas in Sinn (Germany) to shoot our dated darlings. The autumn mood and the fantastic estate left nothing to be wished for.
